In a noteworthy blow for Samajwadi Party MP Azam Khan, the Rampur locale court on Wednesday dismissed an expectant bail supplication documented by him. Khan had looked for expectant bail in the 29 instances of land getting enlisted against him in Rampur. The cases are identified with the FIRs stopped by ranchers of Ramur's Aliyaganj territory.

In the FIRs, Azam has been blamed for coercively getting the place that is known for ranchers when Samajwadi Party government was in power in Uttar Pradesh. Curiously, the land is currently a piece of Jauhar University, which was developed by the senior SP pioneer.

One argument against Khan is identified with the robbery of books from the Aaliya Madarsa. Police had recuperated those books from the library of Jauhar University during an inquiry activity.

Then, Azam's attorneys have guaranteed that bodies of evidence against the SP pioneer were an aftereffect of political grudge and Khan had not abused the law while acquiring the land for Jauhar University.

In the mean time, government counsel, Ajay Tiwari, focused on that bodies of evidence against Khan were enlisted on premise of documental confirmation and legitimate examinations and the legislature isn't engaged with this issue.

It is to be noticed that Azam Khan's name was placed in the Uttar Pradesh government's rundown of 'land mafias' in July. His name was put on the 'counter land mafia' entryway by the Rampur area organization.

Other than Khan, the name of Alay Hasan Khan, a previous hover official in Rampur, was likewise put on a similar rundown. Both, Azam Khan and Alay Hasan had been blamed for coercively procuring the place that is known for in any event 26 nearby ranchers who had recorded a FIR against them.

Responding to Uttar Pradesh's administration's choice, Azam Khan had considered it a trick brought forth by the Rampur District Magistrate to slander him and the lofty Jauhar University.

"My name was set up on the gateway just based on FIRs without directing any starter request. The majority of the FIRs were enlisted inside hours and this shows how the law was abused for political feud," he said.
